We were asked to support a fundraising concert at Lancaster Grand to raise funds for Ukrainian families placed in Lancaster. We played outside the venue before a reception to welcome the Ukrainian families to our city. Our drummers then had a theatre tour and met the other artists at the reception, before the fundraising concert.

On May 1 the band paraded down Morecambe Prom from the Hovercraft station to the lifeboat station and back, joined by the Marine Conservation Society, local open water swimmers and members of the public to raise money for the RNLI Mayday Mile appeal. On 13 November we busked in Lancaster city centre our chosen charity – the RNLI. The RNLI team collected £511.11 in their charity buckets on the day. Combined with the £463.24 raised at our Morecambe busk in June, and £325 raised online this brings the total raised this year for the RNLI to £1349.35

On 26 September we were delighted to support our the RNLI as our nominated charity for 2021 by playing at the naming ceremony for their new boat D-855 “Brenda Raworth”, including drumming her into the water down the slipway!
