Lancaster Music Festival 2024
On 13 October 2024 we celebrated our 20th Anniversary by headlining Lancaster Music Festival’s World Music Stage at Lancaster Castle.
We were joined by drummers from Batala Bangor, Batala Boom, Batala Bristol, Batala Brasilia, Batala Mersey, Batala Manchester, Batala London and Batala Portsmouth to make up a 100-strong band.

Watch our performance from Edinburgh Fringe on 11th August 2018, where a core of 16 Lancaster players alongside members of sister bands from Mersey, Bermo, Bangor, London, Bristol, Barcelona, Austria, and Portsmouth played at the city’s Mound Circle.
